معاون بنیاد مسکن انقلاب اسلامی با اشاره به اینکه تامین اراضی برای اجرای طرح نهضت ملی مسکن فرآیندی زمانبر است و توافقات باید با بخش خصوصی و منابع طبیعی انجام و فرآیند قانونی برای الحاق به محدوده انجام شود، گفت: برای این منظور اراضی شناسایی شده در کمیته طراحی، برنامه‌ریزی و شورای‌برنامه‌ریزی تعیین تکلیف می‌شود.
سهرابی تصریح کرد: نتایج بررسی اراضی شناسایی و معرفی شده در شهرهای زیر ۲۵ هزار نفر جمعیت حداکثر تا ۳ ماه نخست سال ۱۴۰۲ اعلام می‌شود تا ساخت مسکن بر روی اراضی فاقد مشکل آغاز شود.

The process of land procurement is time-consuming and requires agreements with the private sector and natural resources, and legal processes for inclusion in the designated area should be completed. The identified lands will be assessed by the planning committee and the planning council, and the results will be announced within the first three months of 2023, so housing construction can begin on problem-free lands.
